Libra: The Unique Sign

Libra is typically considered as a unique sign because it is actually the only sign having a symbol that is inanimate and is not represented by an animal or person. Similarly, it a very desirable zodiac sign because it represents the zenith of the year where in harvest is at its peak.

However, if under tropical zodiac, it is presently there roughly from as early as September 23- 24 to October 22.

Being Symbolized by the Golden Scales

Libra being represented and symbolized by the golden scales is normally linked to the Greek Goddess of Justice, Themis, and Atalanta, the Greek mythological figure. In some cases, also with the daughter of Themis, Astraea, who became the constellation of Virgo, and carried the scales of justice.

For whatever particular reason, in some rare instances, it is also associated with the goddesses Aphrodite or Venus and Eris or Discordia, together with the god Xolotl and goddesses Hermione or Concordia, Hera or Juno, Ishtar, Freyja and Frigg.

Possible Traits

Possible traits Libra people may actually possess are the traits like being cooperative, diplomatic, urbane, fair, clinging, graceful, charming, just, open-minded, social, refined, and balanced.
